Main tasks of the job:
- Be available host to guests upon arrival and during their stay.
- Perform the processes of check-in and check-out, according to the processes established by the hotel.
- Customer service and complaint management, together with Guest Experience.
- Encourage the sale of up-selling and cross-selling.
- Management of reservations.
- Appropriate attention of VIP clients and repeat guests.
- Coordination of attention to needs to staying guests.
Requirements for the position:
- 1-2 years of highly regarded and valued experience in boutique hotels.
- High level of English, other languages such as German or Swedish will be highly valued.
- Knowledge of PMS, also SIHOT would be very valuable.
- Top level customer guidance and attention.
- Diligent and responsible person.
- Ability to work in teams.

Main tasks of the job:
- Attend the daily reports that are registered in the Hotel: incidents, complaints, requests from guests and from other departments.
- Fill in the obligatory and marked records by the Hotel on a daily basis.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of rooms and facilities of the Hotel.
- Verify the proper functioning of the facilities.
- Maintenance and daily cleaning of swimming pools and SPA area.
- Carpentry, locksmith, masonry, painting, etc.
- Assisting punctually other departments in the tasks that are requested.
Requirements for the position:
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in Hotels of 4 or 5 *.
- Experience in electricity, plumbing, masonry, computers and swimming pools.
- Pool Maintenance certificate.
- Diploma in ‘Legionella prevention and control’.
- Knowledge of languages will be valued.
- Flexible hours to perform morning or afternoon shifts.
- Good image.
- Service orientated.
- A person that is ordered, clean, attention to detail and perfectionist.

Main tasks of the job:
- Cleaning of rooms, cleaning of common areas and staff areas, following cleaning standards that reflect the high service we want to provide our guests.
- Report and follow up on breakages and repairs observed in guest rooms, common areas or staff areas.
- Collect and record the forgotten or lost objects of guests staying at the hotel.
- Daily replacement of mini bar in guest rooms.
- Maintenance of order and cleaning in storage spaces.
Requirements for the position:
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in Hotels of 4 * Superior or 5 *.
- Knowledge of languages will be valued.
- Customer Service Orientation.
- Person ordered, clean, oriented to detail and with the ability to work as a team and withstand peaks of high volume of work.
- Flexible hours to perform morning or afternoon shifts and work on public holidays.
- Good image.
